Hitting the 4-year milestone of Next Chapters in stride as our founder Christy Themar is back to the office after working from home for 7 weeks recovering from a broken foot. While laid up, she was recommended the Radical Candor podcast and cannot recommend it enough as it provides ways of creating a proactive mindset towards approaching work with a deep level of mindfulness.
