Professional Development Training

for Childcare Workers

This five-hour course equips childcare workers with the necessary professional development tools that are required to effectively take care of children. Our workshop addresses the duties and responsibilities of childcare, in particular, the effective methods of disciplining children, and communication with children and parents.

These tools help migrant domestic workers gain an accurate picture of the expectations of their role as a childcare worker and the expectations of their employer.
